Mini Brownies paleo in the microwave

This is a microwave dessert mini brownies paleo recipe Isabel sent us from Tenerife. I was done very fast and for dessert is great. If you experience unexpected visit ready in a pee-pas.

Let's see it! 

Ingredients:

- 100 gr black Chocolate
- Coconut
- 3 heaping Tbsp almond flour
- 3 heaping Tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 25g chopped walnuts with a knife
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
- Stevia (Optional )

Preparation

Undo the chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave at low temperature and stirring often. Care that chocolate burns very fast. When fully liquid add the almonds, coconut and cinnamon, mix well, costs a little because it is very thick. Add the egg whites and stir until blended into the batter.

If you think too bitter chocolate and add stevia, now is the time. Finally chopped nuts to knife bits are noticed.

To cook in the microwave just any small mold, I use silicone muffin molds.
important thing is that they are small and put little mass, as a centimeter high (chocolate burns very quickly in the microwave, small and thin is congeal better).

Once the mass distributed in the molds, placed in the microwave in a circle. Cook 1 minute at maximum power 700W approx. Give them half a turn each (the inside to outside and outside to inside, turning on its axis) and another minute.

Times may vary by size and performance.

They are ready when they are detached from the molds.

No one will believe that have no flour or sugar ... or yourself!
