Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp chia seeds ( a superfood )
- 125g ground almonds
- 30 ml of coconut oil
- 40 ml of water
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp powdered vanilla
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
- Mash the banana on the bottom of a bowl with a fork to mash, grate the apple and both add to the other ingredients.
- Mix it with a mixer and spread into the muffin pans, so they are filled to about 3/4.
- Give the muffins in the oven on the middle rack and bake for about 15-19 minutes. If you can stab a toothpick and it comes out clean again, the muffins are done.
