It is from these dinners to be enjoyed while watching a series fun at home, chat with friends and family, or shared with friends.
Easy to make and as always, rich rich.
Ingredients:
- minced meat
- red tomato cut into cubes
- pen chopped onion
- garlic
- nutmeg
- pepper to taste
- red pepper and green pepper cut into cubes or sheets
- coconut oil
- buds or leaves of lettuce
Preparation
While heat the minced meat with a tablespoon of coconut oil, we washing and chopping all the vegetables and separating the leaves of the buds. We have to choose the healthier and larger. Do not forget to dry them after washing beeches!
We will put these leaves on a plate aside and reserve.
Once the meat is already more done, add the vegetables and a pinch of nutmeg. We stirring occasionally until the meat is already cooked at all.
When and have ready, serve it on a plate and take it all to the table, to go monotonous our fajitas.
Note: You can prepare a sauce to mix with the meat.
