Paleo mayonnaise
Mayonnaise - little ingredients, yet so versatile. Whether as a dip with sweet potato fries and chicken nuggets or as a base for a tasty ravioli. And with egg, lemon, olive oil and spices precious she is much healthier than its reputation. In the production, however, a little patience is needed :-).

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 200 ml olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl, beat with a mixer egg, mustard and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Mixer to the highest level and provide very slowly add the olive oil. Drop by drop, so that the desired consistency of mayonnaise is obtained.
