Paleo Burger
Many thought we were just burgers mince period. But no! there's a whole world out there that teaches us that a burger can be fraught with flavors and healthy ingredients.
This recipe is a basic burger (when I say " hamburger "meat I mean, not the dish itself bringing bread)
You'll see how simple and rich is.
Ingredients:
- ground beef
- 1 egg
- chopped garlic
- parsley
- chopped onion
- ground almonds (optional)
- coconut milk
Preparation
In a bowl we put the flesh and crush with a fork so that we remain a consistency similar to a dough.
Having done this if we add 1 egg and continue beating crushing everything.
When well blended and add half onion as lowercase possible with pie chopped garlic and continue with the mixture. Now we can add the parsley very fixed and if we want a teaspoon of coconut milk with 3 tablespoons ground almonds and continue mixing.
can also put some black pepper if desired.
Now it's time to shape them.
We grabbed a handful of meat and make it into a ball with your hands. Once the meat ball, crush to shape and ready! we can cook.
Enjoy!
