Paleo Cruesly Recipe
This is another alternative for breakfast which I find very good.
Although as nuts has not advisable to consume every morning , but could be modified the elements, egg by replacing with sliced apple or pear, or other fruit that you like in place.
It's simple to do.
The truth is that this breakfast reminds me very much to those mornings spent in Stockholm, where I could find berries everywhere. With a cup of my favorite tea and Nordic summer sun with its endless sunsets from that era lasting until nearly midnight.
Hope you enjoy it as much as me.
Ingredients:
- berries to taste
- coconut milk
- walnuts or hazelnuts (or both)
- dates or raw honey
Preparation
In a blender we put 1 or 2 dates (without the bone, you may become beasts I), or failing that, a teaspoon of raw honey, along with nuts and hazelnuts. Batís until it crumbled. Then you serve it in a bowl, along with your berries and a touch of coconut milk (either cold or hot, according to taste)
Enjoy!
NOTE: you can also add a pinch of pure cocoa mix in the blender. And even at the end, once served all to give a touch of cinnamon to the dish.
