Paleo Chocolate Souffle

Paleo Chocolate Souffle

Suitable for the weekend I have today something sweet for you. I long wanted to try it once already and am finally happened. A nice story for the afternoon once you feel like it has something to pamper yourself, or unexpectedly comes visiting.

Ingredients for 4 small or 2 large servings:
  • Eggs (2 large or 3 small eggs)
  • Chocolate or chocolate (40 g, at least 70% cocoa or even 100%, I have taken the 100% of Zotter, I find 99% of other manufacturers too tart)
  • Coconut milk (100 ml)
  • Almond paste (20 g)
  • Almond flour deoiled (40 g)
  • Honey (30g, if you like it sweeter can take more, just taste!)
  • Coconut oil or Butaris (to grease the molds)
  • Ground almonds (something to grease the molds)
  • Fruits to taste
All the ingredients are first weighed and provided while the oven is preheated to 220 C. The molds are then greased with coconut oil / Butaris and betreuet with ground nuts.

Beat the eggs and honey are added. Boil water in a pot. The best place in a metal bowl into the hot water because metal conducts heat fastest. In this heat the coconut milk and stir in the chocolate chips and finally both kleingeraspelten stir with a whisk well together. Then give the almond paste and almond flour with the coconut-chocolate milk to egg mix and mix well.

The glasses shown in the pictures take by the way I have 150 ml each filled with 2 heaping tablespoons of dough. The souffles `should then immediately for 18 minutes in a hot oven. If possible, the soufflé should be served immediately, as it naturally tastes best when warm and in combination with the cool fruit.

This pastry is therefore already an interesting treat, as it can be prepared very quickly. A great advantage if, for example announces short visit or is this suddenly the door.

Incidentally, I have tried it again: "non-Paleoanern" It tastes great, and none of them missed the usual, far too sweet cake. Let it please you taste.
