Paleo Chicken Nuggets
A perfect Paleo snack on the go. This Paleo Chicken Nuggets can prepare and taste wonderful the next day still really good.

Ingredients:
- 500 g organic chicken breast fillet
- 50 g grated coconut
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Curry powder
- Cayenne Pepper
- Salt
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into nuggets and dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a shallow dish mix the eggs with the melted coconut oil.
- In another shallow dish, the coconut, the ground almonds and spices mix with a fork so that no lumps remain.
- The chicken nuggets first contact in the liquid egg and then in the paleo breading. Best put to one side and gradually prepare for all Paleo Chicken Nuggets.
- Grease the pan with a little olive oil and heat. Give the Paleo Chicken Nuggets in the hot pan and fry depending on thickness. If necessary, add additional olive oil.
