Preparedness
- Cut the zucchini to the longest side into thin strips. In order not to get hurt, I recommend using a mandolin .
- Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush with oil. Bake at 175 ° C for 10 minutes.
- In mixer add cashews, basil, salt and broth and reduce everything to a cream.
- In a saucepan, heat oil and garlic. Then add the tomato sauce and basil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Grease a baking dish, then build the lasagna adding a layer of zucchini, tomato sauce and cashew cream and basil. So, until exhaustion.
- Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 175 ° C.
Before serving, allow to cool for 10 minutes. Good to be enjoyed hot or cold. I have rarely tasted so good lasagna
