Paleo burger without bread

This Paleo Burger completely without bread and eggs. Gallantly served on a bed of vegetables delicious. It is accompanied by a best fresh guacamole or the Paleo ketchup .

Ingredients:

For the burgers
  • 600-800 g pasture or organic ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • Salt , pepper , paprika, if necessary
  • Olive oil

For the salad:
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 large bell peppers
  • 1 very large onion
  • Salad of your choice (arugula, lettuce, etc.)

Preparation:
  1. Mix the ground beef with the chopped onion and season with salt and pepper. Shape into patties and fry in a hot pan with olive oil.
  2. Cut the peppers, tomatoes and onion into large slices as possible.
