Paleo cereal bar

In the family of paleo snacks, I ask the cereal bar. Obviously this recipe contains no cereal. But if you ever tired of eating dry fruits alone, and the muffin is not for you, here's a recipe for energy bar to fill your cravings.

Ingredients
  • 250g hazelnuts
  • 200 g of dried apricots
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 squares of dark chocolate 64%
  • 2 pinches of salt
Instructions
  1. Mix nuts and dried apricots.
  2. Beat the eggs, add them to fruit and mix well.
  3. Cut into small squares of chocolate chips and add to mixture Salt.
  4. Roll out to a thickness of about 1.5 cms (with those amounts, I could fill a frame pin 20x20 cms)
  5. Bake bar about 25 minutes at 180 ° C. Bring cereal bar to cold
Tips

Vary according to your taste: you can substitute hazelnuts for walnuts or almonds, dried apricots with prunes. In the first photo, the bar is 4 x 16 cms. On the second, the squares have 4 cms aside. But I warn you that you eat more with this format every innocent appearance. You can also prepare hazelnuts: soak them overnight and let drain 30 minutes. Roast in the oven at 150 ° C for 40-45 min (soaking them wet)
