Paleo mini burgers

Paleo mini burgers

Summer is coming, and it smells like BBQ evenings with friends on the terrace. Who says BBQ, burgers often said. As the traditional burger contains bread, it was inspired to offer an equally delicious alternative!

Mini burgers paleo

The whole gives about 14 bites.

What?

For the meatballs:

500g minced beef (see the list of organic producers to receive your copy)

1 c. tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 c. teaspoon organic honey

1 c. paprika

1/2 c. teaspoon hot sauce (optional)

7-8 cherry tomatoes

50g cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)

Some toothpicks

How?

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with Dijon mustard, honey, paprika and hot sauce. Using your hands, make small meatballs. We offer this presentation, you might as well do the usual format of the burger. In a skillet, cook the meatballs in a little olive oil or coconut oil, until the meat is cooked.

Cut the tomatoes and cheese into small pieces. Using toothpicks, assemble the mini-burgers with patty, tomato and cheese.

As a side dish, we suggest you a creamy coleslaw. For 1 cup finely chopped cabbage, it takes about 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoons Greek yogurt (excellent source of protein), 1 c. mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

A guaranteed success with friends!
