Paleo recipe of marinated duck with orange

Paleo recipe of marinated duck with orange

A nice little recipe, combining the sweetness of the oranges with the force of a duck. Very colorful and "brilliant," the pleasure of the palate happens after viewing pleasure.

Ingredients
  • 300-400 g of duck
  • 2 small peppers (one red, one green)
  • 1 onion
  • 4 oranges
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Cut the duck breasts into strips and the strips into pieces (you get nugets)
  2. Squeeze the oranges and mix with olive oil and salt.
  3. Let marinate the duck pieces for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the peppers into small cubes, chop the onion and fry all in a little olive oil for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Drain the duck pieces. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade and pour the rest over the vegetables. Let reduce by half.
  6. When the sauce is reduced by half, sear the duck pieces one minute on each side.
  7. Arrange the duck pieces on the plates. Deglaze the pan with 2 tablespoons marinade and pour the juice over the duck pieces.
  8. Serve with vegetables.
Tips

This recipe will give you pieces of peppers tender and easy to digest. But if you have trouble digesting peppers normally, you can blanch (remove the skin). Boil some water. Meanwhile, make a cross-shaped notch in peppers. Turn off the heat and dip the peppers for 1-2 minutes. This time is sufficient for the skin peels off alone at the notch. You just have to pull it to remove it.
