Paleo salad of cucumbers


It is an adaptation I made a salad of cucumbers Paleo Danish.

They used vinegar, but we will use lemon or lime juice. This is alkalizing and disfigurements addition of vitamins that give us these citrus. It is best to avoid the vinegar and if we have a choice as rich and healthy, let's use it!

You can make this recipe to accompany it with meat or fish. It is also an option for breakfast, why not?.

Ingredients:

- 1 cucumber long
- 1/2 cup agave syrup (or a few drops of stevia, or a few tablespoons of honey) NOTE: if you are in detoxification of sugar, do not add sweeteners. 
- 1/2 cup of fresh juice of filed or lime 
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil) 
- 1/2 cup of water

Preparation

Cut the cucumber very thinly sliced ​​and spread them in a colander. Putting a squeeze of lemon and mix. Let them about 5 minutes to go take flavor.

Meanwhile, make the marinade: undo the agave syrup (stevia or honey) in the lemon juice ( this step skip this if you are in detox sugars ).
Dilute with water to taste and take herbs. If necessary, put another squeeze of lemon or lime to the mix.

Put all the cucumber in a bowl and mix with the marinade.
now put the salad about 1 hour before consuming it in the fridge so it is very fresh.
