Paleo lemon custard

Paleo lemon custard recipe

Always in the quest of grams less healthy food and gluttony despite everything, I am experimenting at the moment the dessert creams.
After the chocolate , and this one with mango , here's a version of lemon.
Creams dessert is nice, it's quick to prepare, it's fun to do with his children and it is homemade without preservatives / sweeteners. we can find in desserts Trade loans.

Anyway, that's good!

Ingredients for creams:

- 6 eggs
- 1 unwaxed lemon
- 100g coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or maple)
- 15 cl almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond puree ( also called cream, or butter)
- 8 cl lemon juice bottle

Just to clarify for the followers of the cult of the great paleo guru (it's a bit like that happening to them that others do not??), This is a recipe I adapted and modified to my sauce a "traditional" recipe, but in the end I found the rendering a little too sweet for my taste ... if you are detoxified sugar better slightly reduce the dose, kind 60g coconut sugar or syrup then remove agave / maple. (But my man is a sweet mouth that he was not bothered at all!)

This small clarification is made, enter the heart of the matter! Roll up your sleeves, preheat your oven to 160 ° and it left my dick!

Take the lemon zest (oh Santa if you're listening, offering me a tester please ...) and put it in a bowl (there's another word for bowl container where it is all mixtures? I always say bowl but I can not put salad ...).

Add 6 eggs and sugar and beat with an electric mixer (or elbow grease it should work too ...) until it foam.

Then add the almond paste, lemon juice + lemon juice in a bottle, mix again with the whisk.

Finish by adding the milk and syrup in advance and then beat again with the whisk.
Pour into your containers, put everything in a dripping pan, put water in the dripping pan until half containers, and bake 25 minutes (160 ° so).
Let cool out of the oven and then refrigerate.
