Paleo Bread Seed and Almonds

Paleo Bread Flax Seed and Almonds


This recipe can make both your dehydrator as with conventional oven.

This is a bread that can serve to accompany your breakfast or for dipping in sauces as we like a lot of us. Yum, yum!

The touch delicious basil is also the combination with the other ingredients.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup ground almonds
- dried basil to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup ground sunflower seeds
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- two dates (or 1 tablespoon honey, agave ... or a little Green stevia)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (optional)

Preparation

NOTE: If you have dehydration can use the conventional oven.


Mix in a bowl the almonds, sunflower seeds, flax-seed, salt (optional) and basil.
