Paleo Bread Vanilla


If you're looking for something to replace the paleo bread in your breakfast, this could be the solution!

I can eat fresh from the oven, or toast. You can eat fruit, you can eat it alone or as you fancy.

You can season even with the juice and zest of an orange. It's very moist and delicious.

Ingredients:

- 6 eggs
- Seeds of 1/4 vanilla bean
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk (you can get the mass that is often left floating on the coconut milk when he gets into the fridge or buy it already prepared)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sliced ​​almonds

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 º C.

Beat the eggs, vanilla, vanilla extract, coconut oil and coconut milk in a large bowl. Sift coconut flour, nutmeg and baking soda in the mix, and continue beating until combined.

Pour the egg mixture into a baking pan of a 22cm x 22cm approximately, previously lined with baking paper. Cover the mixture with sliced ​​almonds and bake for about 40 minutes or until edges are golden brown. You should also check with a toothpick if done in the center with a simple click in the middle and if it does not adhere anything to stick and dry out is that you are ready.

Ideas to accompany:
If you do not want to eat alone, you can do it with berries, berries, sliced ​​bananas, or some almond butter spread on top.

More tips for its preparation:
To make it even tastier, add a little rosemary or sage to the mix. About 1 tsp.
