Popcorn Paleo

Popcorn Paleo Recipe

Yeah! Finally! Popcorn 100% paleo. I've christened the "PALEOMITAS"

I confess I am addicted to things crugientes and this is a delight for me. Sessions very paleo film. It's something you've been thinking a thousand times, how replace corn? and finally I have the solution. WELL!

Ready? Choose your movie, and do not forget your popcorn ...

Ingredients:

- ¼ cup raw cashews
- ½ cup water, divided
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

Preparation

If you plan to go to the movies or watch movies at home, to have your popcorn will have to organize a day earlier. It's easy to do.

Put cashews soaked in ¼ cup of water for 1-2 hours. Save the remaining water.
After this time, remove the water and put the soaked nuts in a blender. Add the ¼ cup of water you had reserved and another sea salt (optional) and put it with the nuts in a blender. Beat everything well until smooth.

In a large bowl pour the cashew mixture over cauliflower, cut into pieces similar in size to the popcorn and mix well.

In a baking tray put baking paper, spread the cauliflower well. Repartela throughout the tray without being stacked.
Put oven to 45-50 degrees for 12-24 hours.

Popcorn ready!

That the tribe enjoy.
