Paleo Pancakes with Vegetables



An easy paleo pancakes with vegetables recipe for a dish crunchy and good for both children and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini clear
  • 2 Carrots
  • 100 grams of cooked spinach
  • Coconut Oil for frying
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Preparedness

  1. Cut carrots and zucchini julienne. The spinach are already cooked.
  2. Put all the chopped vegetables in a cloth and squeeze with all your strength. It will be released very liquid.
  3. Then put the vegetables in the container and add the eggs, salt and pepper. Mix.
  4. In a pan heat oil and add the coconut pancakes (thin).
  5. Then fry over low heat on both sides. Bake at least 6-8 minutes on each side.

I accompanied the pancakes with Chimichurri Sauce consists of: parsley, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, olive oil, red pepper, salt. And 'spicy and goes perfectly with pancakes.
