Paleo Chocolate Cookies

Paleo Chocolate Cookies: Baking Without

Snacking and Paleo is not always easy. Here it is, be creative and find substitutes for sugar and flour. Our first attempt: chocolate cookies.

For about 20 cookies

Active: about 10-15 minutes

Total: about 30 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 7 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons almond butter (as we did, would retroactively but almond butter recommend, as it is better hard at the end)
  • 1/2 tsp powdered vanilla
  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g chopped dark chocolate
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
 Preparation:
  1. Melt in a saucepan over low heat coconut oil, honey and almond.
  2. Then stir in everything else.
  3. The mass then use a spoon to form small piles and place on a baking sheet.
  4. The whole thing while in the refrigerator until it is nice and firm.

Our conclusion: The chocolate cookies have it all!

They taste less sweet than regular cookies, but definitely "vigorously" for cocoa. A cookie is already enough to soothe the sweet tooth. Therefore, one can still take half the recipe - or you give away vigorously :-).
