Paleo Chicken Nuggets

Paleo Chicken Nuggets


A perfect Paleo snack on the go. This Paleo Chicken Nuggets can prepare and taste wonderful the next day still really good.
For about 20 chicken nuggets

Active: approximately 10 minutes

Total: about 25 minutes

Ingredients:
  • 500 g organic chicken breast fillet
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Curry powder
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt
Preparation:
  1. Cut the chicken breast into nuggets and dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. In a shallow dish mix the eggs with the melted coconut oil.
  3. In another shallow dish, the coconut, the ground almonds and spices mix with a fork so that no lumps remain.
  4. The chicken nuggets first contact in the liquid egg and then in the paleo breading. Best put to one side and gradually prepare for all Paleo Chicken Nuggets.
  5. Grease the pan with a little olive oil and heat. Give the Paleo Chicken Nuggets in the hot pan and fry depending on thickness. If necessary, add additional olive oil.
