Paleo Fruit Shake


A few vitamins can not hurt but ....

Ingredients:
  • Apples
  • Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Pear
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi
  • Melon
  • Carrots
Preparation:

The collection of fruits and vegetables you can naturally vary as desired. The success of the shakes, however, is strongly dependent on the used kitchen appliance. For hard fruit such as apples, pears or carrots should use a juicer. With bananas, strawberries, pineapple, kiwi and melon, of course, it also works an ordinary blender.
