Paleo kiwi-coconut glasses
A quick and refreshing notes of exotic dessert ... the glasses kiwi-coconut! Perfect after a rather heavy meal .... And you can also replace the Kiwis by any fruit!

- kiwis: 5
- Coconut milk: 400 g
- Honey (or maple syrup): 40g
- Arrowroot: 20g
- Vanilla 1 pinch
- Coconut powder: A few pinches (for decoration)
Instructions
- Peel the kiwis, detail-½ slices and line the bottom with glass jars. Itemize the other 4 diced (they will go on top of the glasses). You can also mix them.
- Dissolve arrowroot, vanilla and honey in the coconut milk and put it in a pan to heat. Stir until you get a thick cream.
- Pour into the glasses.
- Divide the diced kiwi (or mixed if you prefer) on top.
- Then sprinkle coconut for garnish.
- Refrigerate 45 minutes.
- That's it! Perfect little easy, fresh, vitamins and desserts. You can also substitute another kiwi fruit of your choice.
