Paleo lasagna without pasta

Instructions
  1. Cut the eggplant slices for about 5 mm (if the slices are too thin, they burn in the oven). You must get enough slices to cover your baking dish twice.
  2. With a brush, brush the eggplant slices with olive oil (you must act quickly because the flesh absorbs oil quickly) Put in the oven at 160 ° C in grill mode for 10 minutes. Watch the slices do not burn. When it begins to brown, turn slices.
  3. While the eggplant is cooking, cut the onion, garlic and fry them in the pan, in olive oil until onions are translucent.
  4. With ground beef, shape with your hands into small balls and add them to the pan with the onions. Stir.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into slices. And add them to the pan when the meat is cooked on the surface. Stir.

  9. Repeat step 8
  10. You finish by covering your preparation beef-onion-tomato. Please do not top with a layer of walnut-almond paste.
  11. Bake 20 minutes at 160 ° C.
Tips

Good meat
Depending on where you live, supermarkets offer a meat counter very correct. Rather than taking ground meat already packaged, ask the butcher to make you from a real piece of meat, you're sure (e) to have a fresh product.
