Paleo leg chicken roasted lemon with vegetables Recipe

- 2 chicken legs
- 1 sweet potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1-2 thumb-sized pieces of chorizo, roughly chopped
- 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Kaffir lime leaves powdered,
- Chili flakes
- Garlic pepper, optional chopped garlic + pepper
- Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Ghee, lemon juice, salt, pepper and seasoning mix to a paste.
- Add the vegetables, chorizo and the leg thoroughly with the paste rub until everything is covered.
- Put the vegetables with the chorizo in a baking dish / on a baking sheet and put the legs chicken on it.
- Bake for about 50 minutes.
